On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a large sofa, and a TV with Czech O2 TV! The large kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove and oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, toaster, blender, washing machine, and dryer. From the living room, you can access the terrace surrounding the house or the balcony to enjoy panoramic ocean views.There is a parking spot for one car right by the house, with a remote-controlled gate.
